Meet Allen Mercer

Most people use the word 'creative' when they talk about Allen.  He has been writing creatively since childhood, and worked his way through college writing for a top Atlanta ad agency and the college newspaper.  He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has published 12 fiction novels to date.

Where creativity is at his foundation, Allen considers business to be his passion; specifically strategic marketing and sales. He is a Sales and Marketing Executive for two Fortune 100 companies, and has headed the executive sales and marketing positions for two market leading privately held companies.  But, it's the development and success of entrepreneurs and small businesses that drives his passions.  

Allen lives out his calling to serve others by providing experienced based coaching, a positive mindset and logical tools to enable the success of his clients.  He believes that the positive mindset of the company leader is key to growth, the culture and the success of the business.  A number of Allen's core philosophies concerning business revolve around an openness to creative ideas, a positive culture, transparency, servant leadership, and a stellar customer relationship.

After 35 years of business ownership, or working as a sales and marketing executive for large national and international corporations, I found 4 simple truths about companies.  It is these simple truths that enable me to focus our company into the strategic revenue program.  These 4 simple truths are:

1:  I discovered that almost all companies are more reactive to problems, instead of proactively driving revenue growth. 

 

2:  I found that if business owners did this one extra thing a day for ten minutes, they will increase their revenue the first month. 

 

3:  I found that most companies may have started with a business plan, but don’t have a modern strategic plan to achieve their goals for growth.  Simply stated, without a strategic plan, their goal is just a wish.

 

4:  I found that employees in companies get bogged down with the day to day, and lack one or two key processes to unlock success.
